Abstract

Everyone is health conscious in present time of corona virus where good health is sole criteria for survival of human beings. Peoples are searching for information on nutritious diet and exercises for physical fitness. Though there is no dearth of content in this regard on internet but best suitable professional to guide is the person who is well versed with the knowledge of sports sciences, which include Anatomy, Physiology,Psychology,Biomechanics , Anthropometry and Biokinetics etc to live a healthy life.Peoples are falling pray to unqualified and unauthenticated and unscientific training content which is harmful. Sports sciences experts can play a pivotal role for the proper guidance on living a healthy life.
